Registrierung und Kaution
Die Registrierung als Bieter ist kostenlos. Es kann allerdings eine erstattungsfähige Kaution anfallen. Beachten Sie, dass Sie einen Lichtbildausweis (z. B. Führerschein, Reisepass) benötigen, wenn Sie sich auf dem Auktionsgelände registrieren.
Es gibt keine Mindestpreise
Jede Maschine wird am Auktionstag an den Höchstbietenden verkauft. Es gibt keine Mindestgebote oder Mindestpreise. Es ist den Eigentümern nicht gestattet, auf Maschinen oder Equipment zu bieten, das sie selbst verkaufen. Gebote sind unwiderruflich und alle Verkäufe sind endgültig. Wenn der Auktionator verkündet, dass eine Maschine verkauft wurde, und Sie der Höchstbietende sind, sind Sie der neue Eigentümer.
Alles wird verkauft, „wie es ist und wo es ist"
Wir empfehlen den Besuch unserer Yards, um alle Maschinen, die Sie kaufen möchten, vorher zu prüfen. Sie können auch jemanden damit beauftragen die Inspektionen für Sie vorzunehmen.

Zahlung und Abholung
Alle Käufe müssen innerhalb von sieben (7) Tagen nach Auktionsende vollständig bezahlt werden.Barzahlung wird nicht akzeptiert. Bitte zahlen Sie nur von demselben Konto, von dem Sie den Kauf getätigt haben.Käufer können ihre Maschinen erst dann vom Auktionsgelände abholen, wenn diese vollständig bezahlt wurden.Wenn Ritchie Bros. nicht in der Lage ist, klare Eigentumsverhältnisse für die Käufe zu garantieren, hat der Käufer Anspruch auf eine vollständige Erstattung des Kaufpreises.

Title and Registration Certificates
Items purchased that require a Title or Registration Certificate must be paid for by certified check on the day of the auction; all Titles and Registration Certificates will be mailed to the purchaser ten (10) banking days after payment is received.
Notices to Foreign Buyers
Purchases in the United States are payable in U.S. funds. Some equipment may require modifications to meet import and safety regulations. To avoid potential problems, please contact your customs broker for more information prior to bidding.
Notice To Vehicle Buyers
Some of the vehicles listed will be sold pursuant to vehicle code 24007.5, subsection (a) paragraph (2), and are available to licensed dealers and dismantlers only. "NO COOLING OFF": California law does not provide for a cooling-off or other cancellation period for vehicle lease or purchasing contracts. However, California law does require a seller to offer a two-day contract cancellation option on used vehicles with a purchase price of less than US$40,000, subject to certain statutory conditions. This contract cancellation option requirement does not apply to the sale of a motorcycle or an off-highway motor vehicle subject to identification under California law. See the vehicle contract cancellation option agreement for details.
Notice to all buyers purchasing titled items (including motor vehicle dealers)
A $65 documentation fee will be charged on each titled item purchased. All buyers purchasing titled items must speak to a Ritchie Bros. representative at the auction site to complete all government-required paperwork.Residents of California: Sales of titled items are taxable at the rate applicable to the address where you reside.Non-residents: Sales of titled items are taxable to non-resident buyers at the point-of-sale tax rate.
Combined Disclosure of Applicability for Truck and Bus, Off-Road, and PERP
When operated in California, any on-road heavy-duty diesel vehicle, alternative-diesel vehicle, off-road diesel vehicle, or portable diesel engine may be subject to the California Air Resources Board's Regulation to Reduce Particulate Matter and Criteria Pollutant Emissions from In-Use Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicles, In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicle Regulation, or Airborne Toxic Control Measure For Diesel Particulate Matter From Portable Engines Rated At 50 Horsepower And Greater. It therefore could be subject to retrofit, exhaust retrofit, or accelerated turnover requirements to reduce emissions of air pollutants. Heavy-Duty (Tractor-Trailer) Greenhouse Gas Regulation
A heavy-duty tractor and 53-foot-or-longer box-type trailer operated in California may be subject to the California Air Resources Board Heavy-Duty Vehicle Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Measure. These vehicles may be required to use low-rolling resistance tires and meet aerodynamic equipment requirements to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
